Is this the world`s smallest 100A contactor?

Enbray, part of the Cooper Bussmann group, has unveiled a 100A contactor that it claims is the world`s smallest. The MXW Micro Contactor is intended for load management applications where space is limited, and for use in electricity meters.

The pulse-controlled contactor switches AC loads through a simple half-wave rectifier circuit via arc-resistant silver alloy contacts. The bistable devices only consume energy when changing state, thus minimising power consumption. The switch keeps its position during power failures and does not need to be reset.

Various control coil voltages are available for the contactor which measures 47mm by 16mm by 39mm.
