Ex-Eurotherm trio forms drives SI

Three former employees of Eurotherm Drives have set up a systems integration business, focusing on variable speed drives. The new company, Oracle Drive Systems - set up by Peter Morgan, Jon Ash and John Mullins - will act as an independent SI covering areas such as: AC and DC variable speed drive systems up to 2MW; servo drives up to 250Nm; drive-related SCADA projects; EMC and G 5/4 harmonic surveys and reports; and project management.

The new company has its main office in Batley, Yorkshire. Between them, the three directors have more than 50 years experience of Eurotherm drives, but they are expanding their expertise to include other manufacturers` products.
