Becker moves from UK to be president of Schneider in N America

Kelly Becker has been named president of Schneider Electric’s North America operations, with effect from 1 July, 2026. For the past five years, she has been responsible for Schneider’s UK, Ireland, Belgium & Netherlands zone, managing the region’s business portfolio and supporting the company’s broader efforts in sustainability and digital transformation.
Becker brings more than 25 years of management and leadership experience to her new role. She joined Schneider in 2011 as director of strategy and business development for North America, following an earlier career at Danaher and TAC, where she held product management and other roles across multiple end-markets.
In her new role, Becker will serve on Schneider’s executive committee and lead the company’s transformation efforts and growth strategy in the North American region, notably in the data centre market.
Schneider Electric recently announced that David Hall was going to succeed Becker as president of its UK and Ireland region.
