Parker Hannifin buys Gresen Hydraulics from Dana

 Hot on the heels of its recent acquisition of Commercial Intertech, Parker Hannifin has announced that it is buying Gresen Hydraulic from the Dana Corporation for an undisclosed sum. US-based Gresen makes hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, filters and controls for use in vehicles. It employs nearly 1,000 people and had sales last year of $128m. One of its attractions for Parker is that it has an operation in Brazil and Parker wants to boost its presence in Latin America.
